If you need instructions, just Google Delta Dust Collector manual and add the model number. Filter bag comes assembled on the unit. Lower plastic chip collecting bag is a bit of a hassle to install for one person. All dust collectors I looked at have the same problem, for now at least. I'm planning on replacing this bag with a sealed cabinet using a dust collection bucket or drawer inside to make dust removal easier. Overall, I like. Had to go find a manual online which was a pain. 2) When I turned it on the first time, it made a horrible racket from the cooling fan assembly on the top of the motor. I had to take the guard off, and straighten the entire fan assembly as the fan was bent badly.
