It is nicely packaged so it’s not a mess to open but the product description says it is 3-5 inches in size but the are more like 1-2 inches. As far as quality it mimics realistic feathers but you can tell the quality is not the best. Who are you kidding you’re buying bulk feathers on amazon so I think for the price the quality is fair. I did buy them to make my son a owl costume for school so I’ll update after a day of him wearing it.
