To reduce the chance of muscle strain and pain, as well as to promote better blood circulation throughout the body and, especially, in the arms, these strong bicep compression sleeves should be utilized. I have used them when working out my biceps, amongst other upper body exercises, and my arms did not hurt as quickly as usual, I was able to push out more reps and post-workout recovery time seemed to be shorter. These are similar to the compression sleeves I wear on my upper thighs and calves for the same benefits.

This is a well-made bicep brace, but it seems to run small. I'm 4'11" and 124 pounds and don't have big arms and yet these are very tight, despite measuring my arms as per the Amazon size chart. They do fit my elbow well so may become an elbow brace (assuming I ever needed one).

Best thing I've found for my bicep tendonosis.
