The filter element is stainless steel.

Why does this product leak without even being under pressure supplied by the pump? From a professional mechanic for over 10 years, this is crap.

I dono why they left out a simple chamfer that would trap the o-ring. simple solution that the manufacturer just didn't feel like doing.

I have a auxiliary fuel tank on my diesel truck and I was wanting to know can this be used to filter the fuel

I would by a secondary diesel filter with a replaceable filter. Diesel specific.

What size is the filter cartridge element?
