what is the expiration date?

On the 5 bags I received on 3 Nov 2017, they have an expiration date of 3 Oct 2018.

how the heck are you supposed to use the wire on top to close it?

You put wire right under stop above where it says Dublin donuts keep up folded like it was before you opened it

how do you make this coffee?

There are instructions on the package that are helpful. However, I prefer my coffee a bit stronger so I use 8-10 tablespoons for 8 cups of coffee.
