Good little item, works well, nice price
It's just a well made little strainer bag. My fiance uses it to strain out the liquid in yogurt that she makes and it works perfectly for that too. As far as making kava in it, sure it's fine, I don't really have a tremendous amount of patience for it though to be honest. But it's just a nice product. I stupidly tried holding it high in a blender to agitate the Kava and made a little rip in it, so ordering a new one. You could use this thing for many applications though.

Functions well
The micron screen is appropriate for Kava use. I've tried a few different brands of Kava with it and it releases the tiny particles without releasing any of the more coarse grains that affect the texture and effect of Kava. I've had it for a few months so far and there's no rips in it so far. To clean it I turn it inside out and rinse it with cool water for about 30 seconds, it's easy enough. Over time it's developed a permanent color but clearly isn't unsanitary. For the price definitely a good product
