Use it all the time to get your dish that umami deep taste. Not fishy at all . Great if you use every now and then. Keeps well in fridge

Made homemade Caesar salad for Christmas and the anchovy paste made it super easy. The dressing was delicious.

Good, easy
I trust this brand, and this is easier than opening an entire tin of achovies, although I would still use them rather than paste on my best dishes; but this paste provides the deep back flavor you want in a good sauce.
