Update: new frame sent and working great! Easy to use. App works well. I like it more than my Skylight. Frame doesnt work. Touch screen doesnt work. Frame cant get out of welcome screen. Entered code to link frame to app and it says the code is temporary and already expired.

Trash. Touch screen stopped functioning. I can't fix the sideways photos or turn off the label at the bottom.

Love how it clear and shows pictures

Very nice looking and nice sized picture display. We enjoy seeing the pictures pop up and sometimes just stop to sit and watch pictures. PROS Easy to connect to WiFi through the App. Easy to load pictures through the App. Easy to share a code, so friends and family can use the App to send pictures to your frame. Notification tone to let you know about new pictures. We seem to have plenty of storage space for pictures; have not run out yet. It gives you the option to display vertical format pictures (you know, the only way an iPhone can take pictures) in their entirety, or zoomed to fit. CONS Comes with sample pictures that you do not seem to be able to remove.When the unit crashes, you see these strange, happy family pictures of people you don't know and can't get rid of. Menu system is not very straight forward/not user friendly. The menu system functionality includes difficulty setting the location for local weather display - I seem to recall that it wants a very specific format to be able to search for an area. Frame crashes periodically - may return to normal function, or may hang in the home menu, instead of returning to serial picture display. The power cord could really be longer to give more placement latitude. It can handle photos and videos, but not display them 'mixed'. It's one, or the other. Ports on the back include USB-C, USB-A and a memory card slot - TF (SD/MicroSD?); MAX 32GB TF Card. You can probably side-load pictures through the USB-C connector and expand storage with a memory card. Can apparently add a external SSD drive through the USB-A slot for expanded storage - from the manual, "Not all models support extenal drives. Please prevail in kind" WHAT??

Too complicated to use

Received the package in cold weather. The touch screen was barely responsive — I had to press very hard, and when typing, it displayed random characters. After warming up for about 30–60 minutes, it finally started to function normally. However the on screen keyboard for letter A(a) is still misplaced, you have to press the left empty space in order to enter letter A. 1) the screen appears washed out color. definitely the color space leaves a lot of more to desire 2) After a scheduled downtime, the app (vphoto) should automatically return to slideshow mode instead of staying on the main screen. Please learn features from other phone app. At the end of day, it is the app that brings the best user experiences.

I’ve been wanting a digital photo frame for a long time and when I got this for Christmas, I was so excited to use it. Unfortunately, this frame has been nothing but a headache and extremely disappointing. The app you have to use to upload pictures to the frame keeps crashing, I’ve only been able to upload 1 single photo so far. The frame allows you to set wake-up alarms and when I try to set mine up, the screen turns on and off. After resetting the frame, it’s now stuck on the main “Dragontouch” screen and doesn’t change. Immediately returning this picture frame because it’s been nothing but a headache.
