Very satisfied!!! The projection time is large numbers clear and easy to read. I love that you can turn the projection on or off. No need for it to be on in the daylight. I love that you can choose the color of the light on the display and also you can completely turn the display light off. But at night all you have to do is touch the top and the light will come on for a few seconds and then shut back off, love that! Love the two separate alarm settings. Love that it has a USB port to charge my phone. And my absolute favorite part is IT HAS AN ACTUAL CORD THAT PLUGS IN TO THE OUTLET NOT JUST A USB ADAPTER WITH A CORD. Those USB adapters get hot when left plugged in 24/7 Great bonus that it gives you the outdoor and indoor temperature on the screen as well as on the projection! All in all, this is a great little alarm clock at a fair price!! Checked all my boxes Now, let’s hope it lasts for a long, long time? I had my other one that was a different brand for 20 years before the projection stopped working.

Edited Review: 3 stars -> 5 stars Ok, so based on my original review below after 6y of owning the clock and buying a 2nd clock I was so surprised they sent me an email based on my review and sent me a replacement sensor. The new sensor paired immediately with the clock on Ch 1 and is also the newer model which has a small LCD display on it. Now this is just amazing service honestly. I mean, after so many years, they still supported me this way. I liked their product that this was my 2nd purchase of it. Now I'm going to go ahead and support them and have gotten a couple more folks to buy this product via Amazon simply because this sort of support is just amazing. The sensor is paired and now projecting the outdoor temp again on the night ceiling and I no longer have the "--" after months of this. I can't tell you how happy it makes me to have things that now work as intended and the little joy it gives you. Thank you SmartPro. Original Review: So I bought this product because honestly there is no other product that is equivalent to it. It can project indoor and outdoor temp (via a remote sensor) and it has multiple colors or turn it off for no glare at night and reversible projection display (red color only) and it works wonderfully. Sadly one day the outdoor sensor just randomly died and stopped functioning. This was after I bought this unit a 2nd time having used it before. The best part was the outdoor temp honestly. Also the main LCD display got all weird but as long as it projects I'm good with it. Still will likely buy it again for the 3rd time simply for the nice indoor + outdoor temp cycle and excellent wall projection of time. Very useful at night. Shockingly I don't see other products that can do this.

Very nice projector clock. Pretty small and light, and the projected image is fairly small, you better have good vision to read it. The outdoor sensor merely has a press-to-fit battery cover, would like to have it screwed in to keep the batteries dry

The Smartro digital projection clock is by far the best we have purchased to date. If you consider buying the Smartro vs Oregon Scientific – BUY THE SMARTRO. During the years we have been buying several from Oregon Scientific and La Crosse. At the time it was the most appealing choices, but the Oregon and La Crosse clocks fails one way or the other after a year or two. Navigating the menu on the Oregon was a nightmare (same goes for the Oregon alarm settings). The Smartro has 3 year warranty!!! The Smartro has a better feel, easier to navigate and setup. The projection can be seen clearly even after the sun is up. It has two alarms THAT YOU TURN ON WITH PHYSICAL SLIDING SWITHES – THANK YOU. (No more messing around and waking up at 5 AM on a Sunday) I also like that the Smartro let you select any display color from a multitude of colors. I prefer red as it does not affect my night vision and are traditionally found in airplane cockpits. There are many choices; greenish-blue is also great for night “navigation”. You can expect the accuracy of the thermometers to be around 1 degree C. I had a question from Smartro tech support (using the contact information inserted in the box). I have to say WOW, they respond quickly, intelligently and to the point. UPDATE I forgot to mention that the size and brightness of the projected time is very large (digits 6 to 8 inches tall) and bright. You can even see the projection in daylight. Also if you have a dark colored wall or ceiling you can clearly see projection. I didn't think I needed the USB charger, but it works great, fairly fast and clears up the clutter on the nightstand. Now I always wake up to a fully charged phone.

I wanted a clock that shows on the ceiling at night, while not using the clock face. I have been using this type of clock for years, but this is the best one I have ever used. This clock shows the time & inside & outside temps on the ceiling very clearly at night. During the day it is harder to see, but I have a wall clock for day. The screen was a little bright for night time, so I was able to turn it totally off. It is very easy to program and is half the size of other alarm clocks so it doesn't take up a lot of space on the nightstand. The temperature monitors are very accurate. I tested it with another thermometer. I I will be buying more of these for other bedrooms in my house.

Bought this projector clock to replace an older LaCrosse one that stopped working (you realize just how useful projection clocks are when you've had one, and then you don't!). I like that the time dominates the display and you don't have to hunt amongst a sea of numbers like some of the weather station clocks. The changing colors and multi-step illumination is a nice feature to tune how bright it is in a dark room. The overall size if great for a bedside, and the build quality is good. Projection is clear and easy to read, although doesn't have adjustable brightness. All round, a worthy replacement that I would highly recommend. BUT ... my biggest reason for not giving 5-stars is the significant discrepancy in temperature reading between the indoor and outdoor sensors. When both are placed beside each other and left to settle, the outdoor one always reads at least 2-3F lower than the indoor sensor in the clock. The clock is correct since it reads about the same as other thermometers places beside it. This makes the outdoor sensor all but useless.

My Lacrosse sensor stopped working after more than 20 years. Replacing it was much harder than I imagined it would be. This is the 3rd I've bought and it's a keeper. The first projected was a different Smartpro with such small numbers that we would have had to put our glasses on in the middle of the night to read. The second displayed larger enough on the wall except the numbers were faint & blurry. This one is just right.

Only had it running a short time but this is a great unit. I bought it for the projector capability, but it has a heap of other features. Finding the outside temperature facility is a real bonus. The two separate alarm settings are another convenient feature. Despite the number features found it easy to set up. The seller was very helpful and easy to deal with. If purchasing for use in Australia be aware the included power adapter has US pin configuration. I recommend both the clock and the seller.

My husband loves it. He is temp obsessed and this checks off all the boxes. Love that it is easy to travel with too
