i don’t usually write reviews but guys i took this at 11:56 am by 6:00 i was ready. it does take a while and i did take it on an empty stomach but ts works so well and even though they say you’ll get cramps if you take it on an empty stomach i didn’t get any cramps but obviously everyone’s body isn’t the same. you also don’t get the constant urge to go toilet it’s literally one and done i love it
