The camera is extremely clear, and you can see every detail in and around the ear, from the pores and surface wax on the outer ear to the hairs and deeper wax as you move inside the canal. With the light and camera together, you can even see your eardrum and get a sense of whether it looks irritated or infected, which is very reassuring between doctor visits. I love that you can start by gently using it around the inside of the ear (not directly in the hole) to watch wax loosen and come out, then go deeper for a precise clean once you’re comfortable. The different attachments and tweezers make it easy to scrape, scoop, and remove wax or small debris safely, and the built‑in safety features help prevent going in too far. It’s a great product that you can see it from the phone. They have right ear and left ear version for you to operate better. Honestly, I was afraid of cleaning my husband’s ear wax before since I can’t really see it and have to get a head light with two hands pulling his ears. Now is so much clear. Great product! Definitely take your time when using it for the first time, but it becomes second nature pretty quick! The app works well and connects quickly. For anyone struggling with the tweezer attachment, make sure to slide the larger main piece down fully BEFORE screwing in the tweezers! If it’s not all the way down, it won’t work correctly. Also avoid putting on the tweezer handle if the depth limiter is attached, it can get stuck inside the tweezer handle pretty easily, so remove it first!

Hooolyyyy. This is the absolute best ear cleaner I've ever bought!!! GAME CHANGER I initially got this because I had a Qtip cotton got stuck in my ear! I rushed to the doctor to get it removed. I was paranoid there was still cotton there in case, so bought this ear cam! The cam was very clear! You can really see the wax, hairs, everything! Lucky for me is didnt have any cotton in my ear. And was able to clean my ears. I kid you not, the absolute CLEANEST my ears have been! I Can't believe i didn't get this sooner. Best tools hands down are the circle scraper and tweezers.

Very happy with this product works as described. good quality picture. the only thing that is a little annoying is every time you turn it off, when you turn it back on you have to go through the pairing process each time. It is not a hard process but just takes an extra minute.
