Easy to setup, easy to use, perfect for my construction working dad. Sound quality is crazy good, type C charging is always a plus, and the microphone quality is wonderful. A bit expensive, but it's a great investment for clear calls in noisy environments. Glad this product exists.

I was going to return this item because it was missing the charging cord and the instructions. But then it dawned on me. I have 1 million of these charging USB cords laying around and I can get the instructions off of their website. So I tried it and I love this headset. Glad I decided to keep it. Almost sent it back. Definitely worth every penny and they are super comfortable and the sound quality is excellent.

These are amazing! They are light weight, with great sound quality, and incredible battery life. They give you battery levels of low, medium, high whenever you turn them on, and after 9 hours powered on and connected to bluetooth, taking multiple, lengthy calls throughout the day, the lowest they've yet reached is medium. Charge them overnight, and good to go! They also have a very sturdy carrying case for those that travel. Perfect for being able to hear your surroundings and controlling your own volume, you can also have ear plugs in and still hear your calls extremely well!. They're super comfortable and I honestly forget I'm wearing them after about 20 minutes! 10/10, would buy again if needed.

I will be ordering another. The one I was sent had a faulty battery but aside from that very clear very good sound and extremely comfortable

Love them plenty loud easy to connect and type c charging is the balls I tried another brand not type c charge and not loud enough to hear in your car never mind a truck

I bought the "OpenComm2 2025 Upgrade" version without the "Loop120" USB dongle. This headset connects to all my devices using Bluetooth. The audio quality is great, and I really like this headset when it's working properly. Unfortunately, with Microsoft Teams conference calls, the mute button mutes both the mic and the speaker so I can't listen to the other people in the meeting while on mute -- more like putting the meeting on pause. The mute button seems to work properly in Zoom calls but not over Teams. I was hoping this issue with Teams calls would have been fixed with a firmware update, but... There doesn't seem to be any way to update the firmware on this headset as of May 2025. I've had phone calls and email exchanges with Shokz support and no solution so far on how to update the firmware. The Shokz app for iOS iPhone says that this headset model is not supported. I have no idea if the Android app supports this headset because I don't own an Android phone. The Shokz Connect software for Windows and Mac computers requires the 'Loop120' or some other USB adapter in order to connect to the headset -- the software does not recognize the headset when it's connected to the computer via bluetooth or with the included USB-C cable. I don't have the USB dongle, so I can't test it, but I assume you can update the headset firmware if you have the dongle. The product page says this headset works with Windows and Mac computers and iOS iPhones. It's true that it connects via bluetooth to these devices, but there seems to be no way to update the firmware on the headset without the dongle, which I didn't buy because I thought I could just use bluetooth. Great overall headset design in terms of audio quality and overall experience talking on the phone, but I'd like the mute issue with Teams to be fixed and I'd like to be able to update the firmware.

Works fantastic in my husbands Truck over the road driving. I can hear him clearly without any background noise. He enjoys the simplicity of the buttons. He says they are very comfortable and keeps him hands free for safety. Great purchase!

As someone with relatively bad tinnitus, these headphones have allowed me to continue with sales. I recently started a career in sales and need to wear headphones during my entire work day. I had originally tried some over the ear poly voyagers, but noticed my tinnitus was becoming unbearable, particularly at night. I decided to try something that does not have ANC and went with thesr Shokz. They have been amazing. I never have any complaints about my call quality, and they are super comfortable. Highly recommend these for anyone looking for comfort and health.
