I bought the Gabit smart ring in March 2025, it worked wonderfully, and then 6 months later, at the beginning of August, the ring disconnected, and I can't connect it to Bluetooth at all, a real waste considering the price of this gadget! And I can't reach customer service for a complaint I had a problem with my ring, it does not connect to Bluetooth, and the application did not update, so I gave 2 stars for this product. Indeed, I spoke with customer service, their team was attentive, I was assisted on WhatsApp, I was finally able to resolve the product and everything is restored now, the ring works well. had a terrible experience with Gabit. I received a faulty product, and things only got worse after the firmware update .the app is now unable to connect to the ring consistently. On top of that, it frequently fails to track sleep properly, which defeats the entire purpose of buying a fitness ring. The application itself is extremely buggy and full of glitches. For a product in this category, this level of performance is completely unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is the customer support. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have been unable to provide any real resolution. They are also refusing to process a refund, which is very disappointing. I am not interested in a replacement — I simply want my money back. This has been a complete waste of money and time. Would not recommend this brand to anyone.
