I decided to try this out as I’ve read about Dr. Longo’s research. I know there are various DIY fasting-mimicking plans out there which are much cheaper, but decided to start with the official thing. Maybe I’m easy to please as I thought everything was tasty. I enjoyed the soups, enjoyed the protein bars, enjoyed the crackers. Sure it’s not a 3-star gourmet meal but it’s not supposed to be, and I found it very edible and easy to do. In fact I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because the two days are absolutely identical. After enjoying the first day I looked forward to see what I’d get for the second day. And then found it was just a repeat of day one.
