This console works perfectly and I’m beyond impressed with it. Every game that I’ve played so far has worked without any issues and it has brought back a lot of memories. As someone who collects retro style games, the library of games that are included is impressive. I did have some difficulty inserting the SD card far enough that it would stay but this was solved by using a paperclip and gently pushing the card in. The carrying case that’s included with the unit is well made and doesn’t look or feel cheap. I can’t say

Very funny Great for playing games while traveling

I receive this handheld game console on May 13. I did not use or try to mess with it for I am a 81 year-old woman. I just wanted something to do to keep my mind busy and activated in the evening not looking at so much television, my grandson came over May17 to put the SD card into my game and show me how to operate the system after this he played with the game so I would know what buttons to what . turn the game on Sunday. May 18 everything worked fine. Went to play the game last night. It wouldn’t come on at all. I was thinking well maybe this game needs to be charged. It showed me how to charge it. I did that for three hours at this there was at this time when I plugged the game in to be charged no light came on or anything to say that it was charging no green or yellow no red know anything so I said well I must’ve really ran it down Sunday pretty badly. let it charge for three hours. Nothing happened. Dad is the door nail call? Amazon asked me what I’d like a replacement. I said I don’t know what I basically should do. I’m sitting here at home on May 19. Waiting to receive a email from someone that supposed to be able to assist me with this handheld game, I am not very happy. I would tell you maybe there are some things that are on Amazon people should not purchase when I receive this game. The box was already open. I will not say that it had been used, but I was wondering the bucks wouldn’t close very good. It was wrapped up in that bubble foam wrapper with tape going around it so I’m just saying beware if you receive a box that is open maybe you should speak up at that time for a person my age 100 something dollars. It’s not just change. Hope this review helps someone I am not happy nor am I satisfied the way things are nowadays you cannot receive or expect to get what you pay for thank you buyers beware.
