SIZE UP! The shoe is gorgeous and it is definitely very sturdy. It was originally a tight fit for me at my normal shoe size, I sized up by 1 and it fits and feels great 😊

Love the way they are snug on my feet I had to get another pair. Very sturdy and looks good.

Must have for weight lifting!
Super comfortable. I can feel the raised heel which is awesome for squats and deadlifts. Cheaper and price friendly alternative to the Metcon 9’s. I wouldn’t recommend running long distance or at all for that matter because, for me, the heel feels a bit heavy compared to running shoes. The color combination is eye catching. All around a great lifting shoe.
