Manual and Warranty paperwork is Not included, says the Seller. And they will not send a copy of any of it. You are the one responsible for finding and printing it yourself if you have a printer. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my lifetime. Sellers/Dealers would always go out of their way to take care of the Customer. Always. I still do not know how to use any of the functions of the Washing Machine. I'm just winging it here because of no Owners Manual or Warranty Paperwork.
