I find that I require 2-3 to cover everything from front to back because they simply run short and not long enough to cover front to back. I wish they had wings or better protection like a diaper does. There is room for redesign. Also the adhesive is very weak and does not stick securely. It simply stays put initially but rolls onto itself or edges get scrunched or compromised when you move, sit or each time you go to pull does your panties. People who design these need to wear them. But for anyone on blood thinners, who experiences heavy flows, this is better than any regular pads on the market. My wife ordered these from my account and the lining does NOT ABSORB ! Urine runs all over the pad and onto her panties and onto her skin , without any absorbatiin at all ! She started cutting the lining off and letting the cotton absorb but that made a big mess.
