Does the anc works in wired mode with bluetooth off?

How's the latency on these headphones? will what i hear match up with the mouth movements of the people on the tv?

no problem there, i use them for sound at night with my fire stick, good sync i will add that those latency problems are related to your internet speed, but in my case they work great

How do I turn off Bluetooth and headphones?

The power on/off is the middle of three button on the right earpad. Hold it in for 5 seconds, you will hear "power on" After that it will connect to your phone automatically once you set the headphones up on your phone bluetooth. The noise suppression button is on the left earpad. The noise-cancelling works great. I've been very impressed with the headphones
