iPhone 14 Pro Max, 256GB, Gold for T-Mobile (Renewed Premium)

I got deep purple and it looked brand new, battery was at a 100%, I’m getting used to the update because I had a 12 pro max before. Phone takes a minute to think sometimes but sound far so good. I think I like it! Good quality.

It has been six months now since I got this phone to replace my trusty but getting-old iPhone XS Max of 512Gb and I cannot complain. While renewed, it came with excellent condition, functionality and appearance: one micro scratch here and there but of those you need to know where to look and common in even with the best care around. And I know because every phone I had, it looked almost like new when I sold them. Battery at 87% (no complains there) and came with a generic but certified cable and well protected. My only complaint is not with the seller, not even with the phone and its quality, all of that checked out.My complain is with Apple: I jumped almost 5 generations of iPhones ahead and for someone like me who has used this brand since the iPhone 4, I cannot see I actually improved that much. It feels the same old thing, nothing that could actually astonish me, every new feature has been for years in the android ones, lack of useful features with not strong nor good reasons.Don’t get me wrong, phone works like a charm, but it is all the same. I’ve been in the tech industry since 1996 and I know one or two things about this and while these devices are very well built and they do the job, it has lost its charm, no Jobs no longer revolutionary device. If you are a streamer, this is your best bet; if you couldn’t care less about actual game changing technology, this is your go; if you are an Apple fan or someone who believes that having an iPhone is a statement or gives you recognition, you are where you belong. But if you care for actual technology advantage, good price-benefit ratio, look some where else. Some could say “iPhones now charges really fast”, well that is easy with a 5000mAmps battery, while many others have up to 7000+ mAmps batteries with actual fast charging.I could go for hours with this but the important thing is that Amazon Renew is awesome (that’s why I gave it 5 stars), no complains at all, but it will definitely be my last iPhone, it is no longer relevant in today’s market. Barely comes with a cable while others brands comes with actual premium features and accessories and costs the half of an iPhone.Be wise, investigate and review pros and cons, spend money wisely and forget “status”. If you want status, get a Vertu phone.

Great used phone. Looked brand new works perfectly well! Very happy with my purchase!

Phone was in perfect condition, looks new. 94% battery capacity. Seller answered all questions I had. Purple color was perfect.

This phone is beautiful, from delivery and packaging to operation. It arrives without any scratches or breaker, it is intact beautiful and working at 100%, I give it 4 stars only because it arrived with 94% battery. If it had arrived with 100% I would give it the 5 stars, but in general it is an excellent purchase, I love this phone and I thank the seller for the excellentAnd I left it with the one that already brought an excellent purchase, thank you very much again.Highly recommended this seller 👌👌

So I was gonna get a phone from Apple just to be safe but Apple wanted $1000 for this phone. I decided to get it from here. First of all, the phone quality is virtually flawless. There’s probably some scratches and stuff but I wouldn’t know, I guess I don’t pay attention enough for that. But, I waited to do this review until I set the phone up. The ease of setup was great, I went to T-mobile and the phone was unlocked, exactly as described and I had no issues setting up my phone. This product was almost 300 dollars less than Apple was offering for the same product (certified refurbished on the Apple store app). This was 100% worth the money. I know that some people received bad products but if you really need a phone, this is the seller to go to. I got the phone 1 day after I ordered it. Also, if you get a bad product, it’s amazon so the return is EASY. Take the chance, get the phone. If it sucks, return it. But just know that about 80% of the people who order from this seller get good phones. Yes, I would’ve wanted the battery health to be at 100 but for a phone in this condition, Apple is wants $1000. I’m very satisfied, everything works on the phone. I’m able to do whatever I want on it and it hasn’t given me any problems (I will update if it does). If you’re deciding between this seller and Apple, I’d say get it from this seller.

Unfortunately, I've had multiple bad experiences with these so-called “renewed” devices. Fool me once, shame on you, but fool me twice, shame on me. The first premium renewed device (iPhone 14 Pro Max) came with multiple scratches included a small chip on the frame of one of the lens. According to Amazon, a device is classified as “premium” if any imperfection can’t be seen within an arm length— and this was certainly not the case. I returned the device and re-ordered another. Their return policy by the way, is horrendous: You have to wait about a month (In almost any scenario) to get your money back in full. So while I waited for $1,000 to be returned, I placed another $1,000 order because I needed a phone. This phone looked cosmetically great. There was only one (big) problem I later discovered: the GPS didn’t work! It was glitchy on both Apple and Google Maps. I reached out to Apple and they told me their diagnostic test indicated a deeper analysis will be needed and a repair would be likely. I decided I didn’t want to deal with Amazon anymore and returned the device. As I wait now for $2,000 in total be returned, I went to the Apple Store and buy a brand new device. I got the iPhone 15 Pro Max instead. Although I paid a bit more, there’s peace of mind of a better return policy, a clean phone, and an overall experience. Folks, if you’re going to spend hundreds on a phone, PLEASE just buy yourself a new one and save yourself a headache. Amazon is not the convenient, reliable company it once was.

I bought this to replace my gold 14 pro max that broke and Apple was supposed to replace weeks ago but is "backordered" and it works exactly as it should just like my old one before it broke. Im really happy with my purchase. Reading some of the other reviews I was nervous but once I opened the box there was not a dent, scratch, stuff, nothing. 5/5 stars. Thank you! I will definitely be ordering from you in the future if I need another phone.

Got this as a gift and it said it was premium quality when I received it to do a once-over it was filthy dirty it was not cleaned at all. I spent over 3 hours getting it as clean as I could as this was a gift. Was not impressed at all..... earpiece bottom speakers and all around the camera lenses....

iPhone not working properly I had to return item for a refund, not sure if I would buy another iPhone that has been refurbished.
