Delicious
This is the best vermouth I’ve ever tried, it tastes amazing! It’s quite expensive but absolutely worth the price. It’s fantastic in a negroni, on its own or with tonic/sprite

Excellent
Gorgeous sweet vermouth. Plenty of body and the flavour has tons of dark cherry and cacao nibs along with a gentle boozy glow. It's been fantastic in Boulevardiers and Manhattans.

Negroni Vermouth choice
Nothing like a Negroni during the festive period, and this vermouth helps create a great one. Plenty of spice to compliment the Campari and good gin. Also great for a manhattan. Top Vermouth

Excellent flavour
Used this with a U.S. gin and Aperol to make an excellent Negroni, probably best ever. It has a very strong flavour, but it’s just such a nice drink. Can definitely recommend. You may think it’s a lot of money, but it’s no cheap mass produced stuff, it’s really good.

主に流通しているヴェルモットの3倍以上の価格がするわけですから、「高級ヴェルモット」という事になるのでしょう。しかし、3倍の価値があるかどうかは別としてその違いは明白で、ベースになるワインの豊かさや、ハーブの奥行は私のような素人にもわかりやすいです。この価格帯だと、日本ではカルパノ アンティカ フォーミュラが対抗馬ですが、よりカクテルに向いていると感じました。カクテルのレベルが簡単に一段上がるので、おすすめです。

En ayant fini mon vermouth Carpano Punt E Mes, je voulais m'orienter vers un vermouth di torino. Cette appellation géographique regroupe des vermouths avec cette touche de vanille en fin de bouche. Dans le style remarquable du Carpano Antica Formula, le Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino révèle un vermouth comme on les aime. Au nez, j'ai trouvé des notes d'épices chaudes (dites de Noël), la vanille et de miel. Au palet, je remarque directement une certaine densité en bouche. Étonnant pour 16%. Les notes à l'odeur sont perspectives au goût. En after taste, j'ai trouvé des goûts de girofles et romarins. En conclusion, il est moins amer que mon bon vieux Punt e Mes (normal). Je l'apprécie on the rocks ou en cocktail comme un Manhattan.

Il Cocchi vermut rosso è a mio avviso il migliore. Per Americano insuperabile, aromatico e dal sapore caratteristico. Se si vuole spendere meno c'è il Carpano, buono ed economico.
