For the "owners:'" what country are the potatoes grown; what country are the potatoes processed; why NO certified organic seal on the packaging?

Why does it need to be stored at such a cold temperature?

I would like the seller to confirm allergen information. Is it packaged or processed in an allegen free facility?

As a fellow consumer, there is not remark to that that I can see on the label or Amazon product description. That said, I think it's the best p-starch available.

Can you eat this raw, or does it have to be cooked?

You can eat raw. We put potato starch on outside of Mochi skin in Japan to prevent from sticking from each other. So the answer is yes.

I have been using Anthony's organic potato starch for a couple of years, and recently had a stool test done. Although I do have a pathway that still needs to be addressed, overall my gut biome was given a rating of good, out of three choices, good, could use some improvement, and needs attention. Resistant starch does indeed help improve gut health, and Anthony's is top quality
