Hello!!! If u want ur shimmers to stay, definitely use this product!NOT greasy.The applicator it may seem creamy, so u think it might apply like a concealer, but once applied, it’s transparent.I genuinely recommend this.

Does this perform as well as some of the premium brands such as Too Faced or Urban Decay? No, but for the price this retails at you really can’t get better. Does it make eyeshadows more vibrant? Yes, it does. Does it make the lid area smoother for even application of eyeshadow? Yes, it does. Does it help prevent eyeshadow wearing off throughout the day? Again, yes.If you can afford luxury brands then you’ll probably be disappointed but if you’re like me - trying to stretch the pennies and looking for guilt free cosmetic purchases - then most of ELF’s products are worth are considering.
