うまい。甘い。嫌な雑味無し。
うまい。甘い。嫌な雑味も無いし、リピ確定かな。 しっかり冷やして飲むとすっと飲めるのにとろみとうまみを強く感じられるし、 時間が経って温度が上がると香りもより一層強くなる。 注文月の製造品が届いたから、ちゃんとフレッシュローテーションしてるんだなという感じ。 でも、これからの暑い季節、置き配で屋外の宅配ボックスに長時間置かれる可能性は通販でお酒を買う懸念事項かな。

自動販売機で売っているような日本酒は飲めませんが、獺祭は飲みやすいので飲めます。 私にとっては若干甘すぎるように思いますが、お刺身にはよく合うので再度購入も考えています。
