There are virtually no alternatives. Cheap Chinese analogues are far inferior in quality.

This is the real OEM marker for Remarkable 2. It has a better fit and feel than the knock-offs I've held. Some reviews say, Don't waste the money on the original. But most of the 3rd party markers have to be plugged in; they don't charge magnetically. I don't want to futz around with cables for my simulated paper/pen writing experience! For me the best value is the one that works as intended.

It's good, has a grippier feel and an eraser but to be honest other thsn that it's not much better than the standard version and certainly not worth £119.
