Best decision
I’ve used this toothbrush and water pick combo for three weeks now. The cleaning ability is fabulous, and I eat a lot of nuts that can get in your teeth. I also have a lower teeth wire, that’s difficult to get cleaned, and the functionality of this toothbrush works well to get out any debris along the wire. I like how it cleans my back molars, gums and tongue. It does a great job! The rechargeable aspect is simple and easy to do. I’m very happy with my purchase. I was looking forward a good waterpic and toothbrush combo for daily use, keeps my vanity less cluttered. Good value for the money.

Great combo
Love my Soocas tooth brush/water pik in one. Only get the Soocas replacement heads. Holds a charge at least a week. Easy travel.

I did not get any support
I question whether these need a review. If you have this particular toothbrush you have to buy these heads so you do not have a choice. I have had the Soocas NEOS II - Electric Toothbrush with Water Flosser, Sonic Electric Toothbrush for Adults, Cordless Water Flosser for Travel, Portable Oral Irrigator since November 2024 and I am beginning to question whether it was a wise choice. I just took it on a trip and I was disappointed how it leaked water in spite of me spending time trying to drain it.. It is dicoloring in places because of the different plastic so I am not really happy with the product. I might take a look at the Philips Sonicare. Overall, I had great hopes for this electric toothbrush but it has not lived up to my expectations.

Crappy replacement heads
I love the toothbrush concept. HOWEVER you’re rolling the dice on the brush replacements. Out of the 10 replacements I ordered all but 2 have not had a random hole and water squirts out without anyway to avoid or fix??? Seriously, you charge so much. At the very least, sell non damaged items.
