No pork, just chicken. In my opinion, this is the best bouillon anywhere. Enjoy.

How salty is this product? Looking for a chicken base powder or liquid with little or no salt.

I would look for a low sodium content chicken bouillon powder. This is really not to salty for me. You can read the sodium content on the lable.

what is the difference between the red label and the green label? MSG?

On the green label it is written, no MSG. Also it is states flavored with chicken. That's all I know from reading.
