Ariel Color Safe, Multi-Use Powder, 2 x 108 oz, 95 Loads

I have an old-fashioned top loading washing machine that uses a lot of water. Ariel is very similar to the classic laundry detergent that my mother used in the 1970s. It produces a decent suds and cleans like a dream. The fresh fragrance while the clothing is washing is incredible. I like the fact that it can get cooking grease out of kitchen towels with just one washing. I have tried concentrated low sudsing detergent that supposedly works just as good as Ariel. That’s bunk. I will continue to buy. Ariel as long as they make it and I will continue to have clean fresh smelling clothes.

This powder detergent works great. Clothes come out clean, colors stay bright, and it dissolves well. I’ve also used a small amount to make an enzymatic-style cleaner, and it worked surprisingly well for that too. A solid, versatile product to keep on hand.

Really enjoy this. It leaves clothes with a clean smell, it is so effective. It has disinfecting properties so I know it’s very safe when I mix our clothes together when washing them.

Great value, cleans just as well as big named detergents, smells fresh and clean too. Smell lasts for weeks on towels in the cabinet.

This works really well on white laundry and has gotten stains out of tablecloths with food stains. I often buy vintage linens and use this stuff as a soak as it whitens and brightens them beautifully. I also use it to clean my tub, sink and toilet like a scrub powder and even diluted on my ceramic tile floors. Good all purpose cleaner!
