from the bottle it says, sodium chloride 1.0 gram.....electrolyte replenisher. Still looking on the bottle under other information, it reads, each tablet contains Sodium 394 mg. Also, product doesn't contain any inactive ingredients. Just a suggestion, you probably should consult with your doctor before taking this product, to make sure that you need it. You definitely don't want to get too much sodium in your system. Hope this information helps.

I doubt it. There would be no point in buffering simple table salt. You do not need to worry about it, since it is going into the stomach's acid pH.
