Haven't quite reached enlightenment yet ... but workin' on it.
I use this for my daily meditation practice. (Well, not quite daily ... but getting closer to daily, now that I have a comfy zabuton to use rather than a stack of blankets!) I use it with a meditation bench, so that I am in a kneeling position. I was concerned about getting a zabuton that would be big enough for either kneeling or sitting cross-legged, without being ginormous - I didn't want my feet or knees going off the edge, however I was sitting. The size of this one is great - I am 5'8" with average length legs. It is soft and thick enough to provide ample cushion so I don't spend my entire meditation session contemplating the discomfort of my poor bony feet ... but not so soft that I get an unintentional core workout not trying to tip over while perched on top of a mushy billowy pillowy thing! As Goldilocks would say, it's just right.Also - removable cover is great!

Just right.
Great cushion! Was really hesitant to buy this because I read a review that said it was too thin for their knees, but that is not the case at all. It has the perfect amount of cushion and is much bigger than I expected. About the size of a couch cushion, with the thickness of about two and 1/2 Oreos stacked together. I'm 5'6, about 150 and have no problem sitting comfortably. Plus it matches my Zafu perfectly. Great purchase!

Really nice and good size for regular use. I got seven of them and will probably get more. Nice to have a cover that comes off too..

Perfect, comfy and great quality
Perfect for me, I am 5'8 with long legs, been meditating daily for 30 years. Foam is perfect - supportive enough and soft enough, much better than cotton fill. The green color is beautiful - deep grass green with white piping and zipper. The cover is great quality fabric, not scratchy, not flimsy. Love it!!

Nothing like any other zabuton I've seen or sat on
Not really like any other zabuton I've seen or sat on... Somewhat scratchy covering, and a low-quality foam that takes your knees straight through to the floor. A bit overpriced. Nice color, though.
