Great Monitor, Daily Driver for Years
I wanted to leave a review on this product as unfortunately, after looking, the product had a sub 4 star review rating when I was writing this, which I think is completely undeserved. I'll give my honest opinions here and write a little about my experience with the monitor and my history with them. I came from a 34 inch 21:9 1440p gigabyte monitor at 144hz. I thought that monitor was really good and I worked with it for 4 years or so before finally falling to digital marketing and thinking that I needed a 240hz monitor to be better at CounterStrike (it didn't make me better). Before getting this monitor, I got a MSI 34 inch (346CQRF) dead pixel, I got the lg 45 Inch UltraGear™ QHD 1440P 1ms 200Hz (also dead pixel, awful customer service direct from LG, would highly recommend staying very far away) and then I bought this (also had a dead pixel upon arriving). You can see that my luck is not good with dead pixels, but whatever. Buy from a good customer service company like amazon and you will be fine. They switched it out and got me one that has a good screen. I did reach out to the Innocn customer service team twice, once to let them know that I needed to ship their damaged monitor back (and they got back very quickly, within 24 hours) and additionally to ask about a feature on the product which I will get to a little bit later (they also got back quickly here, not sure why others experienced poor customer service from innocn directly). Ok, so the monitor. I'll start with flaws. First, I hate the fact that you need to use risers to mount vesa mounts on the back of the monitor. This is because the vesa mounting holes are on the inside of a recessed circular shape on the back of the monitor. If you use the stand included, this won't matter, but it's just inconvenient and it makes it so that I can't push the monitor back against my wall as much. Second, I agree with other customers that the monitor doesn't have the 'best' controls on it. I'm not even really concerned about the settings menu or anything like that but I would love for the monitor to have a 'one button switch' for input sources. For example, if I click a single button that I map, automatically switch input source between these two sources and also switch the usb hub along with it. Third party KVM's have this and do this, I would love this functionality here. I did reach out to the Innocn team about a firmware update that would allow for this functionality and it seems that this isn't something that could be done with the monitor (nor having a software download with hotkeys on the keyboard you use). That's ok, this is a nuanced complaint. Third, and finally, I really wish the monitor got brighter. It doesn't really matter if you don't have direct window light behind you or any lighting behind you, but I do, and it makes it a little hard to see. Ok let's talk about the good. This monitor has phenomenal colors. Absolutely gorgeous and I love that right out of the box, it's calibrated to be more accurate than the samsung and LG non OLED offerings. Something to note, that the monitor isn't meant to 'wow' you will super vivid coloring that has incredibly high saturation, this monitor is, in my opinion, more for color accuracy. It's not to say that you can't get that vivid image on this monitor, but I don't think that this monitor was made with extremely high digital vibrance in view. To me, the color accuracy is much more important out of the box and if you want to nudge the monitor in another direction, I think you definitely can. The refresh rate, so smooth. Absolutely great, the monitor size is awesome, I think that the curvature is nice too. It's not really aggressive which is fine, it kind of feels nice since I don't have a monitor hovering over 90% of my desk. It's a really nice, natural, and smooth curve. There are more than enough inputs and I have to admit, I didn't think that I would like the USB C input as much as I do, but I can connect my mac with no issue, have visibility into 240hz at 1440p on a mac while controlling all of my peripherals at the same time. The monitor does have speakers. They're fine. If you have this monitor, you probably didn't get it for the speakers. Most importantly, this product swings way above it's price range. I don't think that you could really make an argument that the 'wisest financial choice' on spending your money on a monitor like this would be another brand because, to my knowledge, Innocn is an up and coming brand and reputable enough, and it, in my opinion, is a better monitor than the Samsung and LG offerings (some of which don't even have KVM). I would highly recommend this monitor and I think you would be very satisfied if this ticks the boxes you are looking for!

It does all it said it would do....
The packaging of the monitor was great. It came in perfect condition. Two people to handle the box would be great. All cables were present and the instructions were good. Just be careful if you intend to use the included base mount apparatus or the wall mount option (more parts needed by you). I started down one path and really needed the other path. The sound coming from the monitor is fine. I ordered a monitor arm to mount the monitor on. For me, this was better than the included base mount. All is good at this point (one week of usage).

Overall Satisfied
The monitor has been good overall. Picture quality is great, viewing angle is good when youre ~3' from it. My only complainants are related to the interface. I need to switch between inputs often and it takes like 8 clicks to change the PBP. I wish there was a way to save custom input settings. E.g. Favorite 1 is DP1 and HDMI split screen, Favorite 2 is DP1 only full screen, Favorite 3 is DP2 and DP1. Additionally when turning PBP on and off, the color settings revert back to default. Too many clicks when needing to change the PBP or the sub video signal for the PBP. Could not get the KVM working properly, not a lot of clarity here in the documentation but could also be user error. At 20" you will notice the heat it's putting off. Overall happy with the purchase, used for productivity work and some gaming.

Pixelated Screen
Powered up first time appeared to be good. Second power on of the monitor had horizontal and vertical pixelated effects upper half of screen and most prominent in the upper right corner. Very disappointing. Really liked the size of the screen.

Stand was difficult to install
Obviously, this monitor is shipped with the stand or wall mount not installed. The instructions are non-existent, you just have to figure it out. I needed the stand for use on a computer credenza. It has a round mounting bracket that fits into a circular opening in the back of the monitor. You insert the top of the bracket under a lip in the opening and pivot it downward. Two fingers on the bottom of the mount are then engaged by a latch that slides. It took me a bit to find that by removing the cover on the data ports the slider is revealed, however, it absolutely could not be slid back to engage the two fingers. I even took the mount to my shop and filed the fingers to be a little bit tapered and thinner, but to no avail. There is a red (decorative?) ring around the opening in the back of the monitor that seemed to be interfering with the mount properly seating in the opening. I pried out the ring and it worked. The mount is a little bit loose in the opening, but it really can't go anywhere. Who knows if they are all like this. I just know that mine could not be assembled without some modification. So far it has not fallen off the mount!

Amazing for the price
Absolutely love this monitor. The 49” ultrawide makes games and multitasking incredibly immersive, and the 240Hz refresh rate is super smooth. Colors look great, brightness is strong, and the curved screen feels natural to use. It’s like having multiple monitors without any bezels. Overall an amazing monitor for both gaming and productivity. Highly recommend.

Great balance of price and features
Great balance of price and features. Perfectly good for office use, can't say for gaming. Color correctness is quite good, excellent for watching video and office work.
