Great printer, great buy. REMOVE ALL THE FOAM UNDER THE PLATE!!
First things first -- there is a second foam block under the build plate!! If you experience layer shifting / hear grinding on the first few prints, double check you got ALL the foam out! Once you've done that, this printer *just works*. It hums along very nicely, providing accurate and fast prints. The only issues I've had with it so far have involved using really old filament, and support was quick to respond with helpful videos and guidance on cleaning the blockage. The printer itself is rather loud when running, but I would say it's quieter than my old Ender 3v2, and definitely quieter at idle. The included Wifi connectivity and Mainsail/Klipper interface are great, as well as working easily with Obico out-of-the-box. I would like the ability to plug in ethernet, but I understand how that would take up space and add cost for a feature not many would use. If I can run Ethernet to USB on the supplied ports, I would love to know! Regarding the extra USB, I added an old Logitech webcam to the printer and getting it to work was straightforward, so that was very nice. Great printer, great price, great buy.

Warped printed plate defective junk.
Completely terrible product. Prints do not stick to base plate. Warped print plate that cannot be calibrated. Shimming it doesn’t work and only causes issues to appear elsewhere on the plate. What’s even worse is this was a Santa present for my son so explaining why Santa delivered a defective gift and then how I was going to try to get it replaced was fun. Can’t even return it and get another brand because of that. Should have never bought this worthless junk. Thanks for ruining Christmas

Fantastic used deal
Bought one of the Used deals and I received a fully functional printer, besides one screw that was missing. The prints are very good.

Perfect beginner printer
This is a great, first time owner, 3D printer. The interface is easy to use and set up was fast. Customer support has also been fantastic throughout the time I have owned. Great place to start if looking for your first printer.

A worthwhile entry machine for those wanting to get started with 3D Printing with headroom to spare.
I rarely give things 5 stars, everything usually has room to improve, understand that as you read the rest. Arrival: As usual, the Amazon box within a Box without enough packing was a thing, I do wish they would just leave the product box unenclosed so its not bouncing around. Past the outer box, the actual product box had the Amazon Warehouse Deals inspected sticker on it, I contacted Sovol, they checked my order and it SHOULD have been new, so after I inspected the box and opened it up, it did NOT look like it had been used, so while it may be a return, Amazon warehouse did its checking, no harm, no foul so far. Unboxing & Assembly: Do be VERY careful if you have not dealt with electronics with ribbon cables before, the control unit is not detached so if you twist it the wrong way or pull it, you WILL damage the cable! Otherwise, its was nearly as easy to assemble some other plant named printers I have. Two things to note: When assembling the frame, there may be sharp metal pieces from where the extrusions where cut for the gantry to sit upright into, did not cause me an issue and would not have cut me, but I did clear it out before screwing it in (see images), then, make sure you route the power cable before screwing the power supply in, not enough room to feed it down after screwing it into the frame as I learned. First power on and print: No issues with first power on, I did read the prior reviews and took precautions to make sure the gantry frame was as straight as possible and snug as can be, the first power on calibration went off without a hitch. As for the first print, I used Elegoo PLA+ Black as the filament, and ran it from a box sitting behind as I am not personally a fan of the top mounted spool, the print completed without an issue, I printed the filament sensor and ptfe mount for the top, no issues, its installed and is in use (more photos to come after). Software (printer & computer): I REALLY like that this printer is using super close to vanilla open source klipper, they have made some modifications which means its not mainline but I am sure that can be adjusted by those craftier then I in short order. Even with that said, the interface is simplistic, and while I have submitted some translation and layout recommendations, I would not have a problem recommending it to a first time user looking for something cheap and functional. I would recommend getting OrcaSlicer directly from github instead of using the outdated USB copy, the profiles are included or you can grab the older ones off the USB if desired. I have owned this printer for 47 days, and have about 300 print hours on it, so far at least, no MAJOR issues that I don't feel I could guide a new user through which is good. The manual can use some work, but I plan on submitting change recommendations to Sovol who seem to be very receptive even if due to US/China time difference there is a drastic delay.

Utter fail
This is my first new 3d printer in many years, replacing my aged Lulzbot mini. I had high hopes for a modern printer. However, after setting up the machine, on my first print attempt (Benchie), I had to step out of the room for a few minutes. When I came back, the printer had ground a benchie-shaped divot into the surface of the build plate, ruining the soft brass nozzle. Undeterred, I replaced the nozzle and tried again a couple more times. However, while it didn’t fail as spectacularly as the first build-plate-ruining attempt, in both cases, it tried to print at the extreme back edge of the build plate, and it utterly failed to produce anything resembling a 3d printed part. This absolute failure to function as a 3d printer is puzzling, as the sv06 ace has pretty good reviews. I will not be wasting any more of my life trying to make this machine function. Hopefully another manufacturer will live up to

Great print quality, fast, easy to use
Man I love the SV06 Ace! The print quality is just crazy good, especially compared to the cost. Overhangs are perfect. Honestly prints better than a number of my much more expensive printers. Example is about 8-9" tall overall. Wanted to fill the print bed, and print something large that would take longer, just to see if it could handle it, and did it ever. The Ace is like the "sleeper" car that pulls up next to you at the stop light that wants to race and actually has a V-8 under the hood.

Great printer but some initial problems, no response from Sovol
I’ve had the printer for a few weeks now and have printed a number of things in both PLA and PETG. Overall it works great and is very easy to use once you get it assembled and set up. I could not load filament initially, and had to disassemble the extruder to discover that there was filament left above the heater, and the nozzle was completely clogged with melted filament. I tried contacting Sovol to ask for a replacement nozzle but got no response. So don’t expect any level of customer support aside from what you can read on Reddit.

works great, just remember to remove the hard foam pieces from under the build plate
works great, just remember to remove the hard foam pieces from under the build plate before using, make sure the belts are tensioned correctly, also orca slicer seems to default the sv06 ace to 300mmx300mm build area which needs to be changed

Good but need software knowledge
Had difficulty to get it to work with OrcaSlicer software. The workaround configuration file was not user friendly.

My honest review 4 months after buying it
This printer is a pain. The first month it worked fine, zero errors, but after 10 or 12 projects, the cooler stopped working properly. I replaced it. A week after that, the nozzle clogged. I’ve cleaned it accordingly to their video tutorial. Now it’s displaying a message saying the webcam isn’t working and the extruder is not heating at the expected rate. This printer is a headache. I don’t recommend it for new users like myself. I was trying to start a hobby, and now I only have issues after issues.

Pretty rubbish quality just stopped working eith known issues
I had to return after some time, support is good but they had to ship stuff from china as it was defective with known issues relating to hot end and the temperature sensors, wouldn't recommend. It is also very noisy especially the fans so you need to think about it as it and invest in an enclosure for it.
