Review: Awesome customer service - First one worked for a week. After an issue that I could have worked through, the company asked for a quick video and sent me not only a new one, but the package option. If anything, the customer service gets 5 stars
Review: Blown away with the SCORP Mini-2 - Ths gimbal is simply great! Full disclosure: this is my first gimbal. Before this, I just had a homemade rig made of pipes with a ¼” screw coming through an end cap, and a 5lb weight on the bottom of a length of pipe. This SCORP mini-2 is just in another galaxy compared to that homemade rig. I’m still learning new ways to use this gimbal but I’ve got the basics down. It’s relatively easy to learn, and even easier to use. The hardest part is figuring out how to balance the 3 different angles if you’ve never used a gimbal before. Thankfully, there are quite a few videos available over on youtube that show you just about everything you’d need to know. The phone apps available are helpful for controlling the rig remotely when mounted on a tripod, as well as help with the AI of the gimbal when using a smartphone, like object tracking. They do seem to be lacking some functionality but it seems like they’re updating and adding features here and there. Overall, I can’t believe how awesome this thing is, especially for the price. The SCORP mini-2 is honestly a game changer for someone like me that has had no experience using a product like this. If you’re looking for those fluid, smooth, camera movements and you’ve never tried this product, trust me, it opens up so many possibilities and scenarios you just can’t implement without it. Obviously, I am in disbelief of just how great of a product this gimbal is. In the world of videography/cinematography and the like, the asking price is really “chump change” compared to other equipment required for the job. That being said, I’m just a poor boy (from a poor family), and this wouldn’t be a small purchase for me. But, knowing how ridiculously useful and helpful it actually is, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to shoot anything without it again. Even fixed shots benefit from shock and vibration dampening with this rig. Recommended for the small-time videographer, cinematographer, online content creators, and general hobbyists, as well as the big timers with a wider audience! Just pick it up, even if you’ve got a camera that won’t fit on the mini-2, I can just about guarantee there will be a time when you’ll need a smaller form factor rig. Excellent job Feiyu!

Ths gimbal is simply great! Full disclosure: this is my first gimbal.
