Very tasty
How did use it? On toasted bagels, slathered with cream cheese, followed by approximately 6 capers then the smoked salmon, YUM!

Ten days of constant refrigeration and it still went bad.
For &150.00 I got a taste of this salmon before it went bad. Don’t waste your money’n

3 lbs of Lox
An excellent value good quality nice color and a smooth taste. Three pounds is only for the party person or someone who enjoys lox most mornings. I’ve purchased this item twice and it’s been excellent
