This is basically a book for professionals, which I am not, but it's easy to read and follow and an excellent guide to using the Pilates Circle. Personally I found it expensive and would have gladly purchased a used copy, but none were available.

Love all Balance Body Pilates equipment and love the guide/ manual for the chair! All the exercises with both single and split pedal are included. Well explained, with most exercises pictured.

英語表記ですが、動きは、分かるし、理解出来ます‼️他のものも欲しいと思ったら、単品は、無いので、セットで購入すれば良かったと後悔してます。 検討される方は、セットがオススメですよ！

Step by step, thorough from breathing technique to foot/toe placement. Functional and then some, great spiral bound, awesome pictures and easy to understand. This is a must for teachers. I required have one-on-one instruction after 2 spinal surgeries gaining 4 years of experience. If you have a reformer at home (no matter what make) invest in this book. It’s that good.
