I have the first-generation Ring sensors, and if you’ve got the same, you’ll know that replacing the batteries can be slightly confusing the first time around. There’s a tamper setting built into the sensor that triggers as soon as you remove the cover. It’s nothing to worry about — it just takes a quick hop onto the Ring app to reset and reconnect them once you’ve swapped out the batteries. Ordered 4 batteries. They came the next day. Worked great. FYI, these are not rechargeable. I didn't want rechargeable batteries because I had no way to charge them. Very happy.
