Not really that many. My daughter barely fits in it, and she's probably only 6 and a half cans (12 oz) tall. With ice, I would say you're talking about 12-14, max.

How easy it is to inflate by mouth? I mean will it make you dizzy after doing so

It took me like 35 minutes to blow it up by mouth.

What are the true dimensions of the inside of the tub?

The inside of the tub is about 19" long and about 10 1/2" wide. The tub is an inflatable so it "gives" a bit (as opposed to a plastic tub). Sit your child down and measure the length of the legs etc. in the sitting position. If more than approximately 20" the child is probably too long for this tub.

This tub gives the dimensions as 2.9 X 8.8 X 9.3 - is that all inches and is that inflated or deflated? Doesn't seem very big if its in inches

My 8 month old fits in it. I think the 2.9 may mean 2 feet 9 inches long. It fits in the bathtub. A little big for the kitchen counter. My son likes to lean forward when he's in it. Honestly, its easier to just put him in the tub and hang on to him.
