I’ve been using the Portronics Hydra 10 wireless keyboard for a while now, and I’m really happy with it. The connectivity is smooth and reliable, and setting it up was super easy. The keys feel comfortable to type on, with a nice responsive touch that makes long typing sessions effortless. It’s also lightweight and compact, which makes it perfect for both desk use and carrying around. The battery life has been solid so far, and I haven’t had to worry about frequent charging or replacements. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money keyboard that does exactly what it promises. Definitely a good pick if you’re looking for a simple, reliable wireless keyboard.

writing this review after using it for nearly 1.5 years. I am a programmer by profession, I do LOTs and LOTs of typing. now this keyboard gives you more that you are paying for. the mechanical touch, the RGBs and the functionality to connect via usb dongle, bluetooth and wire is soo awesome. though the build quality and the keys are pretty good, i found it that using it in a moisture prominent environment will make it go mad. previously i was in delhi for 5 months and then shifted to mumbai for work and after moving to mumbai, within a month few of the keys were not working properly. like i need to hit them pretty hard or else the key won't work. so i started packing my keyboard in a bag with silicon gel and cleaning it more regularly. luckily the keyboard recovered!! :) so i guess it's not very waterproof as in mumbai being at coast, moisture levels are way higher as compared to north. rest the battery backup is easily upto a week if not using the lights and max to 4 days if using the lights. so it's a pretty good one.

Value for money bruh go for it but if u have lat of money to spend on a keyboard js buy another one.

Final Update:21.Jan.24 So I am still using this. One important point even if you plug usb it will run either bluetooth or wifi mode. You have to switch off the back button and you have to press fn+tab to change it to wired mode. Then only it will purely convert to wired mode. Plz pardon my last comment about wired mode. In wired mode I haven't faced any issues yet. It still look cute after cleaning it with colin. But you cant game in wireless mode (atleast FPS / BR). Increased 1 star as I am managing through wired mode. Thanks. After 4-5 months: Update: This keyboard has a major problem and I will not recommend it for any gamers. In many occasions this keyboard loss control and suddenly no button works. Initially I thought its a Bluetooth or wifi range issue. But same issue is happening in wired mode as well. I tried changing as much good usb c wire but still issue persist. For me it looks like the Chip of this keyboard might be a Chinese cheap quality one. Most frustrating part is while playing BR or any pvp, in an intense fight it losses control. First Review: ------------------------------- I do office whole day and play some battle royale (Apex) in the evening or night or may be weekends. I used many mechanical keyboard in the past in 3k range (Blue, red switches). Keeping this expectation in mind below is the pros I found in this keyboard - 1. Having three connectivity options (wifi, Bluetooth, wired type c) and the price was 2599 without any card offer. Once you pair up your device its very easy to switch between. Please read the manual to know the keys. 2. I have another 60 percent keyboard where it was perfect for gaming but while doing office works it was pain. There was no direct keys for up down or page up, page down, del, or home button. You had to press fn combination. This keyboard have dedicated buttons for these mentioned keys. Now I can use this keyboard for my office work as well as gaming. Plus there is no wire 😃. 3. The most important part. Responsiveness and faster typing. I am really impressed with the keyboard. I prefer red switches as these are less clicky (produce less sound than blue) and more responsive. 4. There are many indicators which tells the current state of the keyboard. Whether its Charging, fully charged, or charge needed, Caps lock on off different colour (many other lacks here). Many light controlling shortcuts. 5. Those who have white setup will love to have this keyboard. 6. Per key RGB but no software support. You have to use the inbuilt modes. Looks beautiful at night. Cons: 1. Missing height adjustments. I am now getting used to it. 2. Usb C cable quality is good and thik but not braided. 3. Some people complaint about its weight, but this is what mechanical keyboard is. ------------------------- Reduced 1 star: Added few more cons - 4. Battery backup is poor. On rgb mode battery wont last for more than 1-2 day. Without rgb may be 2-3 days. A pencil battery wireless keyboard goes on like a month but this really disappoints me. Need to test more on wifi mode and Bluetooth mode. 5. No dedicated multimedia button like volume plus minus. ----------------------- 6. Function keys are not direct. You have to use FN button to use F1, F2 etc. So painful for a developer. 7. Need regular maintenance as dirt is visible in few days. 8. No software support. Many issues could be resolved using a software. If this runs for long term then its a very good deal. Thanks!!!
