Priced at £21.99, it offers ok value for money, but there are some aspects to note. It fits the laptop well and does not obstruct any of its functionalities, ensuring you can fully enjoy your device without any hindrance. One downside, however, is that the case tends to collect dirt and dust underneath it, which requires regular removal to keep both the case and MacBook clean. This can be somewhat bothersome and detracts from the overall convenience of using a protective case. One notable concern after 18 months of use, a crack appeared on the corner of the screen cover, despite not having dropped the laptop. This raises questions about the long-term reliability and sturdiness of the case. On a positive note, the UESWILL case effectively keeps the MacBook free from scratches, and that is a significant benefit in preserving the laptop's appearance and value. Been looking for a replacement for the Speck cover I got with the computer when I bought it. The Speck one had a more quality softer more rubberized feel to it but over time the 2 rear corner pieces that kept the lower cover in place had broken off and more recently the front right corner broke. The Ueswill versions lower half attaches in a different manner to avoid the weak points that failed on the Speck item. It might not protect the computer quite as well but it will not break at this point leaving the lower shell able to slide off forward. As the Ueswill product is 1/3 the price of the Speck one, it fits well, is well designed and has a quality feel, I have given it 5 stars. No down side so far but this review is within 24 hours of receiving the product. I also liked the way the product was clearly identified by serial number for my 2013 mac book pro retina, many others were not as clear.

Purchase end February this year based on product reviews. I bough this for my brand new expensive 14" MacBook Pro to keep it looking nice and protected. Laptop isn't heavily used only occasionally at home. It looks nice, easy to fit and feels smooth. However, less than 12 months of ownership, the bottom edges of the top cover are either cracked or broken, as per pictures. The laptop is extremely well looked after, I'm the only user and it hasn't been dropped. The case is still sturdy, not loose or anything, but more an eyesore and I anticipate the cracks/brakes will get worse and I'll have to replace it. Also fingerprints remain on the case even if trying to clean with laptop cleaning product. Shame, but I am a little disappointed and of course there's no warranty.

I'm new to the world of things Mac having been a Windows and then Linux user for decades. The only thing I knew about Macs were they were expensive as were accessories. So I take delivery of my shiny new Macbook Air and behold the thing of beauty and realise just how quickly that brushed aluminium will bear the blemishes of my mistreatment. A cover is an essential! A quick poke around Amazon and other sites and the UESWILL cases seem to get good reviews and they are inexpensive too. I need something TODAY (the Macbook has already spent 24 hours unprotected from my abuses). So I pick a colour pretty much at random - grey - not showy not stark like black or white might be, give Amazon prime my money, dust the Macbook one more time to remove fingerprints and wait. Fitting was a doddle. The hardest part was removing the shrink-wrap without poking a knife of something through it and potentional scratching the cool plastic beneath. Once unwrapped it snapped into place (base fist, then top) simply - the instructions couldn't have been clearer, get the back edge in and then snap down the front clips. Easy even for a ham-fisted lummock like me - I didn't even have to call the wife for help! The fit is excellent, the cover is well clear of the USB, Thunderbolt, phones and power ports. Operationally you wouldn't know it is on - it is such a thin tight fit and the glowing Apple logo still shines through, albeit a tad muted. Yes, there are a few bits of brushed aluminium uprotected on the rear corners, the rear hinge is unprotected but on my 2017 Macbook Air that is already covered black. Of course, if you are hell-bent on proving this doesn't cover 100% you could also get a pin and deliberately scratch the couple of millimetre front edge that is just about visible between top and bottom covers. But that would be just mean! It's winter here and Apple do a good job of keeping the Macbook CPU running cool - that means the naked aluminium shell is coooold to the touch. I'd hate to own a Mac in the US Mid-West! The UESWILL cover changes that - instead of a cold, hard, hostile computer that you only pick up because you have to it transforms into something soft and warm that just demands your love. Of course, like the naked Macbook it shows your love by preserving your fingerprints but that's a small price to pay. Yeah, it's a nice cover and I'm well pleased with my purchase.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a laptop case I purchased on 26 March 2026. As you can see from the photo taken today, the edge of the case has already broken off and is now crumbling into small pieces. I find it extremely difficult to understand how a product designed to protect a laptop can fail so quickly, and in exactly the same way as a previous case I purchased. Frankly, this is unacceptable. A laptop case should be durable and fit for purpose, not something that starts falling apart within such a short period of time. I would like to request a full refund for this item as soon as possible. Please advise on the next steps to resolve this matter without further delay.
