Thanks** A: Mine are out of date, jan 2022 already, but they are kept in a cool dark place, can not tell you when I ordered them, I use them one squirt then add S. Pellegrino sparking mineral water making up 300ml in a glass, has not had any adverse effects, diabetic and on diaretics so drink a lot.
