Has anyone used it with macbook? I installed driver twice but printer is not detected?** A: Yes, you do need to put the paper in one sheet at a time. My Macbook Pro FINALLY showed the Phomemo Icon next to the trashcan (bottom left). To try to force yours to appear. Move a PDF doc to desktop. Right click and move to Open With > Phomemo. It will pop open on the screen on your left. Once you get the icon to show itself, it stays, then you just have to open it from taskbar (turn on printer with button), then right click document itself, open with, and print.... It took me about 4 times to finally get it to work....Somewhat of a headache, but it works. **Q: I cannot figure out how to print an Amazon return label using my Android phone. Can anyobe who figured it out provide step by step instructions?** A: Press and hold the power button, if you are red light, it needs charged, if it is a green solid lokght you are good to go.
