Have had this file for almost 5 years, still use it every time I file my nails; excellent tool! Wipe it off gently with a tissue or a soft cloth (or a clean sock now retired to dusting duty, in my case) and it's good to go again after use. Really gentle with a light touch, but can also carve away length if you go firm; it does both jobs easily. I love that it comes in a case, makes me feel very comfortable traveling with it. The color is also fantastic, such a pleasing minty green.

I randomly purchased this because I was tired of the wooden nail files. I did not know what to expect, but when it arrived, it was very nice looking. I love that I can just keep it in the case, and have it in my bag, and not scratch everything inside my bag. I think it's a great quality, it's very nice looking, great price, not heavy, and it doesn't take up much space in your bag.

Love this nail file! It NEVER gets dull, and works so well! The case it comes with is cheaply made so I threw it away but it would be important if you plan on traveling with it. These nail files are so good I bought a 2nd one. Highly recommend!

This file seemed rather short compared to other crystal files I have, although I am sure it works well. The case is very difficult to open. I returned it. Price was reasonable.

Will never go back to cardboard files. Works effortlessly in minimal time, very durable. I had my first one for years before I stepped on it and broke it. Love that it comes with a travel case. Can’t beat this price

To start off: This is not a rough product by any means. This is a smooth, glass nail file. If you're used to the "cardboard" nail files where there is a buffer and a filer and prefer something of that nature, this product is not for you. To begin I want to say I am genuinely pleased and extremely happy with this product! I bought this because I don't find myself liking the harshness of a regular, normal nail file as it actually hurts and is too rough for me. My nails are rather thin and do not need something of that nature. On top of that, they look extremely cheap to me (because they are) and I find myself throwing them away if they look too used up (personal preference). I bought this on a whim and took every review into consideration. Those that didn't like it because it didn't "do anything" and those that had thin nails themselves and couldn't justify the purchase of their product. When I recieved mine (I bought this!), I was scared and slightly skeptical and didn't use it at first. I placed the nail file in the container it comes it and left it there; the nail file DOES fit in the container if you point the tip downward. Placing the nail file upright makes it so the case will not close fully. I will also state that in my pouch and amongst all of my things, not once did the case pop open but it isn't extremely sturdy and does feel a little cheap (but I don't mind. I bought the nail file, the case was an added bonus). When I actually used the nail file today, I was impressed. I do not have to press hard to file my nail, it does not take forever to do my nails and it is not difficult to use. My nails are thin but not weak and the nail file was perfect to use. When I was done, I rinsed the file and it looked brand new! I say give this product a shot if you're the tiniest bit curious as I doubt you will be disappointed, especially with their superb service!

Got these for my wife—she loves them, which automatically makes them a 5-star product in my book. Apparently, they’re “super smooth,” “file like a dream,” and “don’t shred nails like a cheese grater.” (Her words, not mine.) Comes with a travel case, so she can be fancy and filed on the go. I don't use them myself, but she hasn’t stopped talking about how great they are—so either they're amazing, or she’s just really excited to have nice nails. Either way, husband points earned. Highly recommend.

Not 5 stars all the way. GOOD Liked that it came with a case, and it was very attractive. My first time to try a nail file of glass, and I liked the feel of the filing much better than any nail file or emory board. However, the part of the product that gets the most use from me is the point, for cleaning under my nails whatever my nail brush may leave behind. The point was a little too thick, and I never felt I was finding the correct angle. I ended up tearing several nails every time I used it for cleaning under the nails. None of those things were what got only 3 stars for value for money. The one time I didn’t return the file immediately to its case after using, I accidentally leaned on it for less than a second and not even with all my weight, and it snapped into 2 large parts and several small parts, including sharp slivers. I think I’ll go back to the old kind for now. (Those are usually flimsy, too, though. Both matter how expensive they are, if there is more than one piece, i.e., the kind with plastic handles, they will last less than a year for me!

I bought a set of these initially for my wife just to try as she was sick of the sanding boards which were ruining her nails, and having to be replaced all the time, they were cheap at first but eventually they work out more expensive because you have to keep buying and buying them. She says these are much kinder to her nails to, as it turns the nail to a fine dust, rather than ripping the nail as happens with sanding boards. She also says it is great to have two sizes, and I suppose you could put one size in one bag and the other size in another bag, but she likes to have a set of two in most of her handbags (and/or coat). The little cases are really well made, as are the actually files, and up to now I have bought her FIVE sets, with another set to be bought soon... so you could say, she REALLY likes them :-)

Las compré porque había comprado previamente la Lima para los pies. Vienen bien protegidas en su estuche. A mí juicio, las dos limas tienen el mismo grosor pero al tener distinto tamaño son muy útiles para limar uñas de las manos y de los pies. Además, su diseño es muy bonito, lo que hace que sean unas limas premium. En cuanto al grosor del cristal, es fino pero al ir protegido individualmente en su caja, no me parece un problema. Las volvería a comprar.

This was a replacement for a glass file I had previously, which shattered in my handbag...so I love that this one comes in a little hard case! The actual file is great and glides smoothly, allowing me to keep my nails in great shape. This is one I'll be recommending to others.
