Great combined with the meat press and cookbook. I like the fact that they are ready to use. Makes clean up really easy. It’s says Ham press, but can definitely be used for other meats and vegetables.

Perfect size for the homemade deli meat maker. And makes removing the deli meat from the maker easier and cleanup is a breeze. Easy to use, and remove.

These are GREAT! I freeze portions in them, close off the top of the bag, and just drop them into a pot of boiling water when it's time to eat. The bags are long - very long, you may need to trim them - and be careful what you use to close the bags (I use rubber bands fastened tightly around the top end but not too close to the boiling water) - I have also used pieces of 20- or 18- gauge copper wire from my project supply. Recommended. They are also reusable!!

I have learned to make my own beef and chicken lunch meat and these are so easy to use. It keeps you cooking utensil clean and makes it very easy to remove items from your cooker. They fit perfect in my meat cooker.

These bags are strong and hold up well during the cooking process.

The bags work just fine. I did find that a little oil one the inside of the press worked just as well. The bags do shrink in the press around the meat you're cooking so you could use it to help store your finished product. I felt the bag was just messy to deal with.
