作ってるのは日本なので材料の選別もしてるだろうし、安心出来るこの値段で買うなら妥協も必要だと思います。　商品も使った感じはまろやかな甘味で料理の隠し味にも使えるしお菓子にも使えて重宝します。直に食べてみましたが美味しかったですよ。

黒砂糖一般に言えることですが、固まりやすいです。それだけ人為的な処理をしていませんということなのかもしれませんが。ただ、瓶ごと固まってしまうのでちょっと困ります…。味は、少し酸味がある気がします（かすかにですが）。
