I really love this bag, I've had it for nearly 2 months . I use it for every day commute to work for change of (ironed!) clothes and lunch box. It's also great for shopping with the two side pockets. But i  try to leave it on my bike most of the time as I'm worried the velcro straps will not last long otherwise.The shoulder strap is great , very handy when shopping in a supermarket. I don't think the rainproof cover is really rainproof. I just use it to protect the bag from getting dirty.Very happy with my purchase.

i am extremely happy with this product! It's true that it might get a bit wobbly at times depending on how well you attached it to the bike... But besides that, it is comfortable and you can make it bigger or smaller if you like! I use it for groceries or to carry things/books to university. Very handy! It also has a fluorescent cover which I haven't used so far, but looks good. It wouldn't really support really heavy items, but for daily activities, it's fine!

Was great for our cycling trip to Holland. Carried all the valuables in it then easily taken off the panniers and carried by its shoulder strap when parked up. Didn’t use the side panniers but there was room in the side pockets for extra bits. Top pocket expansion was useful.
