What Would Jane Do?: Quips and Wisdom from Jane Austen

This is a nice hardcover book with many quotes from many of Jane Austen's popular books. Each page contains a single quote and refers to the book in which it may be found. It measures 5" x 3.75" and is about 1" thick. It is divided into 10 'chapters' with each chapter containing quotes that pertain to a particular subject. For example, chapter 3 is 'Mistress of Myself'. The pages are of a nice solid paper. Not quite as thick as construction paper, but firmer than regular printer paper. There also a nice attached ribbon for use as a bookmark I think it is very reasonably (frankly surprisingly) priced at under $7.

I love this little book. Its great to show at parties, put in your room, or as a display and put in your backpack when you need inspiration from Jane Austin. This little book is worth the money. I keep it on top of my piano to keep it safe.I would recommend this book to anyone.

I bought this for a friend and fellow Austenite. SHE LOVED IT!!! I got a message the second it arrived about how it had quotes in it my friend had not even thought about in years. (and she's a writer) She said it was beautifully bound and simply gorgeous. She put it out on display on her bookcase to be admired. I am thinking I need to order one for myself soon. :) I highly recommend this for any Austen fan.

The book is very small. I didn't read the dimensions before buying. So read first. The book can fit in my hand. I think it's adorable and I will keep it. The only thing wrong with this book is that the entire book inside is upside down as you can see in the pictures. Even tho it's upside down I love my little book. Not sure if all of the books are upside down could be this one mistake. Overall I am happy with it.

I am in love with this book! I never checked the dimensions, though, so I'm adding a picture for reference for people like me, hehe. At $ 7, it's surprisingly good quality. The paper is thick and it comes with a ribbon to use as a page marker. I love the quotes and the way they are divided into sections/topics.

This is the cutest little book! I love the sayings and insight that she has. Would buy it again and am thinking of buying another one for a JASNA silent auction basket. Jane Austen Society of North America.

Very cute book that is entertaining, and also provides some sage advice as Jane Austen often did. My wife has it on her desk at school and her kids love it.
