Replaced an older unit with this. Great move easy to use after practice. Lovely coffee and great profile settings which drew me to this unit. Easier to clean than the previous model. Made well. Would recommend.

Breaks after two years. This is my third bean to cup coffee machine. The first one I had it for three years, then pass it to my friend because I upgraded. Ten years later still operating well. Second one I had it for five years but had to sell it because I relocated. Third one, this one, wanted one of the best Delonghi, fully automated. I was very happy. Good coffee. Always descaled it properly, ontime, with original descaler. Proof is that my first two are still running. But this one is now failing with an only two years and a bit. Too expensive for such short lifetime. Very dissatisfied!!!

Uses buckets of water to descale each month, which pours over the floor. Waste of money - replaced.
