2023 edit: called the manufacturer and they had me send it in for a repair. Haven’t had an issue since, 4 years later. I bought this product to clear up clutter on my nightstand so I had an alarm clock, blue tooth speaker, and phone charger all in one. Love its small size. Bought this product Feb of 2019 and it burned out a few days ago. Tried unplugging and plugging back in with no improvement. Buttons don't work at all. Mad that I paid $70 and it didn't even last 1 year.

Would not recommend. I bought this back in August and about a few weeks ago, my clock kept changing the time and it was off an hour. It would eventually change the time to be correct again but for a while it would either be ahead an hour or behind on hour. The wireless charging pad is not fast and it takes a long time to charge the phone using that. The only way my phone charges fast is if I put a wire in and charge my phone with the chord. The bluetooth is okay. The sound doesn't get very loud but for a bedroom, I think she sound is okay. I have trouble with the screens sometimes and I can't turn the bluetooth off. I am going to try and reach out to customer service and see what they can do for me I never write reviews but I don't want anyone wasting there money.

I originally purchased a different clock/radio but that model did not have a dimming function and i had to return it because it was way to bright. This iHome iBTW23 is the perfect little bedside clock. It does everything its supposed to do and it does it very well. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this to anyone looking for an easy to use no BS bedside clock/radio. Update 04/15/20- The clock stopped working after a little over a year. None of the controls on the top work and I am unable to set time. I tried unplugging remove battery etc etc to no avail. Hopefully it’s covered under warranty.. I will change the star rating if it does not get repaired..

I would stay away from this product. The first one I got had a problem with the LCD screen. I returned it and got a replacement. The new unit was ok except the phone charger did not work well. Most days I would get up with a dead phone because the device did not charge my phone. I actually carefully placed my phone on the charger and mage sure that it began charging. At some point overnight the charger fails to work. I returned this and will try a different brand

All of this clock’s dozens of features seem to work perfectly, including the wireless charger. It easily and quickly charges both our iPhones to 100%. I nearly returned it twice because I thought the alarm features didn’t work - but I was wrong. Turned out the programming is so complex that I was not doing it correctly. This thing has one switch and 13 buttons, with most of the buttons triggering a series of menus depending on how long you hold the button down. It is definitely the most complicated alarm clock I’ve ever seen, with a pretty blue / white display with 7 brightness settings plus off, various indicator lights, perpetual calendar, 2 alarms with adjustable volume and choice of several alarm tones, Bluetooth music speaker system, voice commands,etc. Unbelievable! If you want features, buy this unit! But you may find that you need a second much simpler alarm clock to avoid oversleeping because you messed up the programming.

This is a good looking alarm clock but as I was looking around, I wanted one with FM radio. Since searching on Amazon is so complicated, the Amazon search tool brings in so many different clock radios that soon your search is ignored because of sponsored searches. So it gave me this option that ignored my ask to have an FM radio. I clicked on this EVEN though it DOESN'T have FM radio. Well, that is on me and Amazon - not the fault of the item. So I find it a pricey item that doesn't meet my needs - so we found another room to use it in. I know I could have returned it to Amazon - my disappointment was with the search results from Amazon and me overlooking what the items said it was.

Initially purchased for a Birthday present for teenage daughter. She really likes the wireless charging and while not a great stereo, the bluetooth capabilities are good for her small space. Worked so well that my wife and I decided to replace our outdated alarm clock with another purchase of this unit. Bought because it has the charger you can lay your phone on. However, that's where the positive ends. The buttons are cheap plastic the product feels cheap the sound is poor and it's hard to use - not intuitive. I had a previous Ihome and loved it but it was for old school i pod docking so I switched. This one was a let down. Would recommend another company or product.
