Is the doll's face the one you get depicted in the first pic or the one in the box? the eyes and facial expression seem different in both pics. thank.

This is a generic listing and the first figure is the mattel marketing photo. The actual face looks closer to the boxed version but if you comb the hair forward and look from another angle it seems to change somewhat. Thank you for checking.

What year is this from?

The package says 2008. She is the prettiest Barbie that I have ever purchased. I bought her Feb. 2021 for a Christmas present.
