I like the fact that the handle removes and can flip to different pans. The locking function sticks that knocked off a star because I don't think it will last much longer but they give you two so hey, back up. These pans are like glass in smoothness but only if you grease them good. Otherwise food sticks while cooking. But, if you do forget to oil them and everything sticks.
